Group - FINAL MUSIC VIDEO

This is our final cut of our music video. Unfortunately it seems that through uploading it onto youtube some parts are out sync, which are not on our timeline.

  1. Aspect of performance was done really well, close-up shots of instruments etc.
    Lip-syncing was slightly off, however the attitude of the actor worked well.

  2. The video was really good, especially liked the quick cuts of the instruments and the beginning where the main singer was in the corner of the shots. Some of the lip syncing was slightly out and sometimes it didn't look like you were playing the instruments but overall i think the video looked like a 'indie video' and suited the song well :)

  3. I liked the 'narrative' sections - they were well edited, with a good fast pace that suited the music and they fitted the indie genre. I was much less convinced by the band performance shots. Apart from the singer the rest of the musicians lacked the energy that the song had, and the mise-en-scene wasn't convincing. A friend looking over my shoulder commented that he'd seen a lot of professional videos that are worse than this one, so that's pretty good praise.
