RC - How does the use of a camcorder enable creativity?

Using a camcorder is a quick and a finacially effective way of producing a piece of work, may it be a film or a music video. It is because of a camcorder's efficiency that creativity is enabled, as easy access to this piece of equipment gives you plenty of time to create and develop your work; time is key for creativity. Due to the camcorders being school property it means that we do not have to pay for the equipment ourselves, although we do have to take great care when in possession of the equipment. The avoided hassle of buying a camera ourselves, again means that we have more time to be focused on being more creative with our work.

Now that we are in possession of new HD camcorders, we are provided with many new technical devices, including slow motion, which means that creativity is enabled almost immediately with just the touch of a button. This means we do not have to go through the whole process of editing on Premier to create the same slow motion effect.

Also, some of the new HD cameras have pistol handles making it easier to record in different angles and positions, therefore making it easier to be more creative with your shots.
