CH - Analysis of our digipack design

After group discussion we decided to use the design above for our digipack. This was based on the digipack design for a band similar to The Enemy, typical of our genre; the Arctic Monkeys.

We also chose this digipack design because it allows us the most artistic freedom; here, we are able to include three key images, as well as the artwork for the front and possibly back cover. This means we will have a lot of in depth analysis regarding our digipack, as we can build a complex narrative fuzz around our band using indexical and iconic signs to utilise social myths like that we have researched.

At the moment, we have many ideas regarding our digipack and advertisements; I have been allocated the main architect of the digipack, and I have been working upon our photographs both for practice and possible use within our digipack.
