Yesterday Casey, Josh and I planned possible times for when we could film in the next few weeks, keeping in mind that our construction deadline is Friday 3rd December.
Despite filming over this last half term we still have a lot to do, and therefore we are keen to commence filming again and are wanting to do so this weekend - possibly Sunday? This depends on if all group members can make it and more importantly if the actors that we need can also make it. This is because we are wanting to shoot the sequences where all characters are featured, this includes the lead singer as well.
If we manage to complete this part by Sunday it then means we can film the band performance scenes next week, that is if we get ourselves organised this week and ensure that our band performers are aware of what they are doing, in particular, learning to play our chosen track on a basic level to give the impression that they are in fact the band. We also need to book out the drama studio in advance, which is why we need to know exactly when we are wanting to shoot.
Our aim is to make sure that we film everything early on so to give us time to go back and re-shoot if it is essential. This will be key to our group's success because it is next to impossible putting together a music video with only the first attempts at shooting without there being a few mistakes.
